The bungalow is at the sea front, just opposite Cala Los Trabajos, a small beach with rocks which is never busy, ideal for swimming, fishing and snorkeling. “Playa Los Locos” is only 150 m far away. The bungalow backs on to a communal pool and a green area, exclusive to 10 bungalows. There is also ample off-street parking. There is a bus stop just opposite from where you can go and visit other places. Very close to the property (5 minutes walking), there is a park with a children’s playground, a football pitch as well as a green park area with palm trees and seating areas for everybody to enjoy or play “petanca”. It has an enormous (22 square m. ) terrace with a pleasant view of the sea where you can observe some spectacular dawns while having your morning coffee (a table and two chairs). The other bedroom has a single bed with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. From the window you can see the communal green area and the swimming pool. The bathroom has a shower, wc, washbasin and is fully tiled. Second floor: One bedroom with twin beds, table, TV, bedside table and wardrobe and drawer space with views over the green area and the swimming pool. There is a big solarium just opposite from where you can see the sea and sunbathe. The bungalow has ceiling fans in the lounge and 1 bedroom for the summer months, although, the sea breeze is enough to keep the house at an ideal temperature. There are also portable fans in other bedrooms and a heater for the winter months. Linen is included. The property is fully serviced/cleaned between lets.
